Ramesh Donthi, Founder and Managing Director, brings over three decades of experience in semiconductor distribution and is widely recognized as a pioneer in shaping India’s semiconductor ecosystem. His leadership has successfully driven multiple ventures across diverse sectors including power electronics, automation, and lighting.

     Complementing this legacy, Shashank Donthi, Chief Executive Officer, brings strong technical expertise and a global perspective. With a Master’s degree in Energy and Embedded Systems from Carnegie Mellon University and experience in controls engineering, he is leading the organization’s digital transformation and driving international expansion across ASEAN and Middle East & Africa markets, positioning the company for scalable global growth.
