We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Field Application Engineer (FAE) to support our semiconductor and DeepTech product lines. The FAE will act as the technical bridge between customers and internal engineering teams, providing design-in support, product demonstrations, and technical solutions to ensure successful integration of our semiconductor products into customer applications.
Customer Support & Engagement: 1. Serve as the primary technical interface for customers, addressing design, integration, and application-related queries. 2. Work closely with sales teams to identify customer requirements and propose suitable semiconductor solutions. 3. Conduct on-site or remote technical presentations, product demos, and design reviews. Design & Application Assistance: 1. Assist customers in designing-in products such as SoCs, analog/digital ICs, RF devices, or embedded systems. 2.Provide hands-on support during system bring-up, debugging, and validation. 3. Evaluate customer designs and suggest optimizations for performance, reliability, and cost. Collaboration with Internal Teams: 1. Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Marketing teams to convey customer feedback and market requirements. 2. Contribute to product definition and roadmap discussions by sharing insights from field experiences. 3. Prepare and maintain application notes, reference designs, and technical documentation. Training & Knowledge Sharing: 1.Conduct technical training for distributors, partners, and internal teams. Stay updated with the latest semiconductor technologies, standards, and tools to maintain domain expertise.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. 2. 1-3 years of experience in semiconductor, embedded systems, or DeepTech industries. 3. Prior FAE, design engineer, or applications engineer experience is preferred. Technical Expertise: 1. Strong understanding of analog/digital circuits, mixed-signal design, embedded systems, or RF communication. 2.Experience with microcontrollers, SoCs, FPGA, or semiconductor devices. 3.Hands-on experience with tools like oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, simulators, and CAD/EDA tools. Soft Skills: 1. Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. 2.Customer-oriented mindset with ability to manage multiple technical engagements. 3.Willingness to travel for customer support and technical engagements.
