As an Inside Sales Intern, you will support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities, handling client communications, and maintaining customer relationships. This internship provides hands-on experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management within the semiconductor/electronics domain.
1. Research and identify potential customers, industries, and target accounts in the semiconductor and electronics sectors. 2. Generate and qualify leads through phone calls, emails, and online research. 3. Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and other sales documents. 4. Maintain and update customer databases (CRM) with accurate and up-to-date information. 5. Follow up with prospective clients for feedback and sales closure. 6. Coordinate with internal teams (technical, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth execution of orders. 7. Support marketing and promotional activities, including webinars, product launches, and email campaigns. 8. Collect and analyze customer and market feedback to support business development efforts. 9. Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and track progress on key metrics.
1. Pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written). 3. Interest in electronics components, semiconductor industry, and B2B sales. 4. Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and PowerPoint. 5. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. 7.
