Sales & Collections Coordination 1. Follow up with sales team members on customer payment collections and update collection projections. 2. Monitor customer credit timelines and ensure timely reminders are shared internally and to customers. Order Management & Inventory Monitoring 1. Monitor bookings, billing, backlog, and inventory status in internal systems. 2. Ensure all booked material is billed on time with minimal inventory buildup. 3. Highlight discrepancies in bookings, billing, backlog, or inventory and coordinate resolution. Delivery & Operations Tracking 1. Track delivery timelines and identify deviations from expected turnaround times. 2. Coordinate internally to ensure timely shipment and fulfillment. 3. Maintain operational reports related to order processing and delivery performance. Customer Support & Escalation Handling 1. Handle customer escalations, refund requests, and return processes in accordance with SOPs. 2. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick issue resolution and stakeholder closure. 3. Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and identify improvement areas. Reporting & Data Management 1. Prepare and maintain operational reports including: • Daily booking reports • Weekly booking/billing/backlog reports • Weekly operational metrics • TAT (Turnaround Time) reports • Inventory and SFC reports 2. Support teams with operational data and analysis requirements. Process Improvement & Cross-functional Coordination 1. Support workflow optimization and cost optimization initiatives. 2. Coordinate with product and internal teams to improve operational workflows and system features. 3. Assist in maintaining process adherence across operations. Event & Internal Coordination 1. Support coordination activities for exhibitions, seminars, virtual events, and marketing initiatives. 2. Track and organize post-event customer leads and data. Internal Team Support 1. Provide operational and technical support for internal tools and systems. 2. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely responses to operational requests. 3. Ensure smooth communication and timely acknowledgements for internal and external queries.
