About:

AqTronics Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Marketing to join our team. As a Product Marketing, you will be responsible for driving the success of our product portfolios. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and operations, to develop and execute product strategies, manage the product lifecycle, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a passionate and results-oriented professional with in-depth knowledge on communication modules (like LoRa, Wi-SUN), memories, LDO's, Cellular product lines, Reference boards and passive components.

Job Description

1. Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for the memories, LDO's, Cellular product lines, Reference boards and passive components, aligning them with the overall business objectives and market trends. 2. Perform market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify market needs, trends, and opportunities for new products. 3. Identify and propose suitable products to customers, based on customer requirements with possible use cases. 4. Obtaining customer feedback for improvements and lessons learned. 5. Ability to gather customer requirements. 6. Work with required cross functional team to develop Go-to-Market strategies, product positioning, promotional plans, better pricing to maximize the revenue growth. 7. Identify and qualify new technology partners, manufacturers, who can be our potential supplier to add to our line card and increase the company revenue. 8. Ability to perform customer visits to present our corporate and product presentation for new customers and on time product demo, POC and successful order closing. 9. Develop and maintain a robust deal pipeline toward targeted entities to continuously grow the business and generate sales revenues. 10. Brainstorming and updating team on products roadmaps. 11. Organize and conduct webinars and training sessions as and when required. 12. Stay on cutting edge technology, competitive landscape in the industry to drive innovation topics. 13. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 14. Proven experience in organizing exhibitions and trade shows. 15. Participate in conferences and professional association meetings to promote our products and solutions. 16. Prepare and share the lead sheet, customer database, weekly and monthly reports. 17. Cold calling, email follow up with defined intervals with existing and new customers. Follow up on payments and new orders. 18. Track and report the expenses as per the planned budget.

Qualifications

1. Innovative, Self-motivated, action-oriented and organized. 2. Ability to handle short notice needs / change requests. 3. Availability to travel in India. 4. Experience in CRM and Lead generation tools. 5. Education: Bachelors in Engineering / BTech in ECE, EE, CS or BSC / MSC in Electronics. 6. Experience: 0 – 2 Years of experience in the Semiconductor products industry.
